Please understand that I screen for both my own and your safety.
If you are uncomfortable answering some or all of these questions we can have a conversation about it, please reach out to me.
I will protect your information and keep it confidential. I do not share it with anyone and have no interest in leaking it or using it against you, that would tarnish my reputation.

There are three options, listed in order of my preference.

My first option is where you text your answers to the listed questions to my phone number. This is my preference.

You may also use the second option and fill out the form at the Google Docs Form to submit your information.
You may also use the Alternative process at the very bottom of the page if you are a professional that requires more discretion.

We can also do a more "standard" verification.
You will need to send me a message on LinkedIn from your personal profile. This is only available to people with a well established professional profile.
If your page is new or not populated with obvious use from past or current positions then this option is not available for you to use.
