For the type of fun we'll be having I am going to be needing a video release from you. This can feel a bit personal I understand. The main purpose is that we will be able to keep everything legal, and we'll also be making a video that you'll be able to enjoy later. This form will need to be filled out in full, including the image uploads. If you show up to our meeting without it I will need you to fill it out before we can play.

Effectively you are paying for the opportunity to record and get your own custom video.

As far as payments and donations :
Cash is a classic option.
Wishtender is a great option for making a payment with a card!
CashApp & Venmo work well for deposits but not for anything larger than a few hundred.

For our playtime you can send me a $250 deposit and it will count as $400 of the total fee.
